Examining Determinants of Absenteeism among Blue Collar Employees in Petroleum Sector of Pakistan

The study focuses on the relationship between job satisfaction, performance, and social / family compulsion absenteeism in blue collar employees working petroleum sector of Pakistan.150 from refineries oil marketing companies were included survey responded questionnaire, encompassing all variables. Results prove hypothesis 1 whereas, 2 could not be proven. will help Pakistani organization to reduce absence rate their by understanding compulsions.
